A resort registration fee (for parking) will be charged as you enter the resort. This is payable to the Venture Out office. This is a separate fee from any payments made associated with the “It’s About Time” bungalow.

It will be collected at the Venture Out Resort Office upon your arrival. At that time, you will receive your resort guest identification hangtag for your vehicle(s).

**Check the Venture Out rules at www.ventureoutatpcb.com for current parking rates for vehicles & boats. Be prepared to make payments for parking upon your arrival.**

For payments made by credit card, the card number will be saved on file to cover any damages.

If paid by cash or check, a Security Deposit of $250 will be added to the total for your stay. The $250 will be refunded within 10 days of your departure if there are no damages are incurred.

When you receive your invoice, you will see a cleaning fee of $100.

In order to maintain a smoke and allergy free environment, an additional deep cleaning fee of $300 (along with forfeiture of the security deposit) will be charged to renters that violate any property rules. Our "No Smoking" policy includes but is not limited to all sorts of tobacco use, vaping, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc. The $300 deep cleaning fee will also be incurred if pets are found to have been present during your stay.

Reservation/damage deposit will not be refunded if notice of cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to arrival. No deposits will be refunded due to early departure or inclement weather.
