If you choose to book thru VRBO instead of booking directly thru our site, additional/varying fees may apply.

When you receive your invoice, you will see a cleaning fee of $140.

In order to maintain a smoke and allergy free environment, an additional deep cleaning fee of $300 (along with forfeiture of the security deposit) will be charged to renters that violate any property rules. Our "No Smoking" policy includes but is not limited to all sorts of tobacco use, vaping, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc. The $300 deep cleaning fee will also be incurred if pets are found to have been present during your stay.

All payments for It's About Time Vacation Rentals may be made by Credit Card (Discover, American Express, MasterCard, VISA), Debit Card, or Check.

Checks are not accepted on last minute bookings.
A 3.5% administrative fee will be charged on all credit card payments. An invoice will be sent to you via email with details on how to submit payments. Invoices & payments will be made thru Square.

Due ASAP after you receive your invoice - $250 Deposit: To secure your dates.

Due 30 days prior to the first night of your stay - Balance: Total Fees due for nightly stay stay rates + cleaning fee + taxes & fees (if applicable)
